Time Away

Full-time employees can enjoy 25 days holiday per year (increasing to a max of 28 with service), plus having your birthdays off. And in the summer months of June, July and August, you are invited to take an additional 1 Friday afternoon off per month (3 half days in total) to make the most of the summer sunshine.

Planning for your future

To help prepare you for a well-deserved retirement after all your hard work, we’ll make a 5% contribution to your pension scheme with AEGON with the employee minimum contributions at 3%.

Peace of mind

From day 1 of joining, Ticketer adds its employees to its Life Assurance and Income Protection Insurance schemes, so that if the unexpected happens, we can help ensure that your loved ones are looked after and supported financially.

Taking care of yourself

Employees can choose to join the Company’s Private Health Insurance scheme (with AXA) after 3 months of joining. Our scheme offers great benefits, one being having 24 hour access to an online GP.
