James Hall

Head of Implementation

James previously worked as a Transport Planner advising local authorities, Highways England and public transport operators before joining Ticketer back in 2017.

Since that time, James has supported many of our customers as they join the Ticketer family and his ethos is to always try and see things from a driver’s perspective.

As Head of Implementation, James is responsible for the Implementation, Installation, Field Service and Repair teams. He is a keen advocate of the industry and is passionate about public transport and Active Travel, although his two young children still ask him to drive if it’s raining!
