Richard joined Ticketer in 2021, originally leading on strategic partnerships before taking on responsibility for all UK commercial activity in 2022.

He’s become a familiar face in the industry as he is often found travelling the UK on his quest to be with Ticketer’s lovely customers, and to offer more value and opportunities for operators and local authorities. With a real passion for all things public transport as well as the people who make our industry, Richard is on a mission is to make public transport personal.
