Ticketer is celebrating another year of partnership with ALBUM members, helping them to offer individualised, easy travel experiences for passengers by moving to contactless and m-Ticketing. Ticketer is committed to the future success of ALBUM members, and has rolled out solutions for a significant number of ALBUM operators since forming nine years ago.
At this year’s ALBUM conference, Ticketer will be demonstrating its new app, which features m-Ticketing with free multi-operator journey planning and real-time service information, to drive better insights and revenue for operators, as well the latest new features that have been added to the ETMs and the back office.
The popularity of Ticketer’s ETM is partly down to its flexibility to suit any operator, regardless of fleet size. All machines run identical software, with the same features available whether the operator has hundreds of units or just one. The ETMs can accept contactless EMV as well as mTickets, paper QR tickets, ITSO smartcards and cash, enabling operators to tailor payments to the preferences of their passengers.
To support operators to continually compete and improve against a backdrop of uncertainty and change, Ticketer makes new software updates and technology developments available to all operators for the lifetime of the ETM, at no extra charge.
John Clarfelt, Managing Director of Ticketer, comments: “The team loves coming to ALBUM. We get to catch up with old friends, as well as new customers. Our partnership with ALBUM members is so important to us, and these relationships enable us to continue to develop technology that is customised to the needs of our operators and their passengers.”
