Ticketer, the UK bus and coach industry’s leading provider of real-time information, fleet management and smart ticketing solutions, is proud to announce the successful final delivery of the Bee Network’s integrated ticketing and AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) solution.
Completed on Sunday 5th January, this rollout builds on the already established innovative capabilities of the franchising extension to the Ticketer solution. Delivered in September 2023, the Ticketer franchising solution enables TfGM to manage and maintain the complexities of multi-operator franchised bus services within a unified platform, driving seamless collaboration and efficient passenger journeys.
This final tranche additionally represents the largest number of ETMs to go live in a single weekend since Ticketer was founded in 2009. Despite challenging weather conditions over the weekend deployment, both the Ticketer and TfGM teams demonstrated unwavering dedication to the project with a remarkable 700 ticket machines going live.
