Ticketer has been ranked as No.53 in a special Covid-19 edition of The Sunday Times BDO Profit Track 100, which recognises the impressive past performance of the featured companies, and the contribution they have made to the economy and society during the pandemic.
Ticketer was called upon by the Government to anonymise, aggregate and supply national statistics to enable DfT analysis of public transport usage and future predictions for patronage, which was shared in the No. 10 briefings.
In addition to this, the last 12 months has seen Ticketer launching new features and developments to support operators through lockdowns and restrictions. From passenger occupancy levels on buses – which was developed to support both driver and passenger safety – to developing an innovative Road Restriction Alert feature for drivers when travelling through new or unfamiliar routes, the Ticketer team has strived to ease some of the pain points operators have been facing during the pandemic.
Andy Monshaw, Ticketer Group CEO, comments: “This is fantastic news, not only for us at Ticketer, but for the industry as a whole. We have always been at the side of our operators, and this past year we are extremely proud of the technological developments and the complete team effort we have shown in supporting our friends and colleagues in the industry through these unprecedented times.”
Andy concludes: “By keeping the focus on the Ticketer philosophy of doing the right thing and listening to our customers, we have launched of wealth of new features which not only supported operators during Covid, but will also take them forward as we ease out of the current restrictions.”
The 22nd annual The Sunday Times BDO Profit Track 100 league table was published on 11th April 2021 with The Sunday Times, ranking the UK’s 100 fastest-growing private companies.
